Located in Arzachena, in the northern part of Sardinia, between the renowned Costa Smeralda and Porto Rafael, this project involved the development of six independent apartments. Each apartment includes a basement level and private front and rear gardens, offering residents ample space and privacy.

We were dynamically involved in all stages of the project, from conception to completion. Our responsibilities encompassed land acquisition, managing design and securing planning permissions, overseeing development, and handling final marketing efforts. We managed costs, budgets, and all construction stages to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Working in partnership with the developer, we ensured that timelines, finances, and expectations were consistently respected and maintained throughout all phases. The project was completed on schedule, meeting all objectives and providing high-quality residences in a prime location.
