In the heart of Arzachena, northeastern Sardinia, we managed a new development spanning 75,000 square feet. This project comprised three commercial units and twelve independent apartments, each approximately 2,000 square feet, featuring private gardens, terraces, and annexed basement areas. Overlooking a picturesque town park known for its characteristic Mediterranean landscapes, the apartments offer tranquillity and scenic views that capture the region's essence.

We represented the developer, overseeing cost management, scheduling, and all stages of construction. Our responsibilities included supervising excavations, managing both below and above-ground structural work, overseeing external and internal finishes, and directing the fit-out process for each unit. The project was completed on time and met the highest standards of quality, resulting in complete client satisfaction.
