Via Chiodino/Via Giolitti

In the heart of Arzachena, part of the north-eastern Sardinia, this new development, built on a 75,000 sq. ft of land, comprise three commercial unit and twelve independent apartments with annexed basement area, private garden & terrace area. 

The apartments, each of approximate 2,000 sq. ft, overlooks one of the town parks, enjoyable for its characteristic and typical Mediterranean biome and background. 

For this project, we represented the developer, managing costs, programme and all construction stages, including excavations, below & above-ground structures, external & internal finishes and fit-out. The project was completed on time and to client satisfaction.
