Great Windmill Street

 Involved from the early stages, we act as representative and project managers ensuring that, during the contract exchange, all relative documents were collated and provided to the landlord agents.

We oversee the works on our clients' behalf and closely worked with the client preferred contractor, ensuring that all milestones were met during the construction stages. 

On this project, we also had the pleasure to work with the designer, Marco Goffi, remotely assisting him with the original site surveys and exchanged thoughts on the design and project.
