In the well famous Great Windmill street in Soho, we serve as representative and project managers, diligently collecting and providing all necessary documents to the landlord agents during the contract exchange. Acting on behalf of our clients, we oversee all the construction process, working closely with their chosen contractor to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Additionally, we had the privilege of collaborating with renowned designer Marco Goffi, remotely assisting him with original site surveys and engaging in thoughtful discussions on the design and overall project. It has been a pleasure to contribute our expertise and ensure a successful outcome for this project.
