Appointed by the client, our role involved the management, supervision, and execution of essential remedial works. This encompassed addressing mechanical and electrical systems, minor structural enhancements, upgrading and replacing external doors and windows, and carrying out final decorations in the affected areas. Throughout the process, we coordinated and oversaw the project, carefully managing costs and adhering to the established timelines to meet our client's expectations and requirements.
